Teaser

Once a buyer’s list is completed, the advisor will not send a full offering memorandum until confidentiality agreements are signed. The advisor will instead send a teaser, a 1-2 page document with a company and financial overview. The company’s name is not on the teaser and it does not include any confidential information.
