Business schools are also interested in how you spend your time outside of the office. If you are an active member of any clubs or organizations, this could work to your advantage. Use caution in mentioning activities that indicate ideological or religious views.
Highlight activities that:
- Helped you grow professionally and/or personally
- Show your commitment to helping others
- Help you emphasize positive traits, like leadership or teamwork
