After the investment bank sends out the offering memorandum, interested buyers will send an expression of interest.
- An expression of interest may include:
- Why the buyer is interested in the acquisition
- Why the buyer is a suitable buyer
- Buyer’s source of funds for the transaction
- Purchase price range the buyer is willing to pay
- Form of consideration
