For employees specifically looking to complement their management experience and move into an executive-level position, an Executive MBA may be appropriate.
Designed for more experienced managers, such programs usually require at least six years of management experience. In contrast to the typical MBA student who has four years of post-undergraduate work experience, many EMBA students have ten or even fifteen years of work experience.
